Sandra Regnell grew up as an “Aramco brat”.  Much like military families, hers moved a lot while she was growing up, traveling all over the world.

She currently divides her time between Seattle and Portland while working as a biotech engineer and being as involved as possible with her family, her significant other, and her little dog.

Her passions are empowering women, particularly to break down barriers in their personal and professional lives and to encourage all to treat each other with love and respect while journeying towards expansion and contribution to society and the greater good.
