Regina Griego Kelleher is an experienced professional, educator, and transformational coach who brings nearly three decades of leadership in public service to her coaching practice. Over a 28 -year federal career, Regina worked in public health and policy, supporting complex, high-impact programs that served workers, families, and communities nationwide. She was widely recognized for her steady leadership, strategic insight, and compassionate approach in high-pressure environments.

After retiring from federal service, Regina transitioned from solving external problems to supporting internal transformation. She is an Energy, Mind, and Emotion (EME) Practitioner, integrating emotional intelligence, nervous-system awareness, and intuitive insight to help clients navigate change with clarity and confidence. Her work focuses on understanding how energy, thoughts, and emotions interact shaping patterns, beliefs, and decisions especially during major life transitions.
