My mission as a coach is to provide a loving and nonjudgmental space for you to move out of pain and into a loving state of healing. I believe that everyone is capable of shifting out of pain as long as they are willing to do the work. 

Prior to every session I take a moment to connect to Divine Energy and set intentions that the client and I will both get exactly what we need from our time together and that I stay in my intuition the entire time so that I am not leading the session from my ego. I also call on the Angel of Knowledge to aid both of us. 

In the beginning I take some time to get to know you. I want to know your background, your beliefs, and what makes you, you. This information helps give me leverage to create the mindset shifts that you are looking for. 

If you have any kind of trauma that is painful to revisit in any way, I want to assure you that we do not need to go there. I do not believe that we have to go back to traumatic events to heal them, we only need to work on the belief that the trauma created.

I end every session with action steps for you to take on a regular basis in order to help solidify the new neuropathways that we created. 

My philosophy is that it’s you and me versus the problem. You are not the problem and I never want to make you feel guilty or ashamed. We can work this out together!

I see each of my clients as the beautiful and whole souls that they are and that I know they can return to. I truly love my clients and believe that they can each have the life they dream of. I do everything that I feel intuitively called to in order to help you get to where you want to go, in the highest good of all and with God at your side.

I am honored to be able to be in service to the world in this way. No matter the spiritual or religious background of my clients, or lack thereof, I feel so blessed to be able to offer nonjudgmental support and encouragement that shifts perspectives, changes lives, and fosters a deeper relationship with God. Working with just one person is enough to cause a ripple effect that changes the entire world, bit by bit, bringing the frequency of love to a much stronger vibration throughout all of existence.
