I am a former Penn State professor who went through three dark nights of the soul during the past five years. Each of these moments in my life led me to make major changes, the last of which resulted in a year spent healing and discovering my life purpose. It is now my goal to help as many people as I can to heal their pasts and become the highest version of themselves.
