That is when we feel heavy, trapped, stagnant, like life is happening to us instead of remembering that we are the creators of our realities. We are here to experience life to its fullest – to thrive instead of simply survive. Rediscover the magical and wonderous creature you are and were meant to be! Hi! My name is Jennifer. I am constantly in process, always looking to grow. However, it took me a while to fully embrace who I am. I used to feel stuck and heavy about life. I was frustrated and felt out of control. I felt that life was happening to me, and that I was simply a cog in the wheel of it all. With the Authentic Living programs guiding me, I put in the work to remember how to love and accept me as the imperfectly perfect being I am. I am the creator of my life. I can lovingly look at the happenings of my life and ask what they are trying to teach me. I can accept and receive all the gifts that are given to me with gratitude and love.

The woman who began this journey is but a mere shadow of who I am today. I completed the Authentic Living Love and Authenticity Practitioner Certification Program in June of 2019, and I am now a Certified Love and Authenticity Practitioner.

​I am also certified as an Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner and certified as a level I (Basic) and 2 (Advanced) of Tameana Vibrational Healing Practitioner. In June of 2019, I became certified as level 3 (Advanced) and 4 (Puja) Tameana Practitioner and Puja.

​I am married and have a son in elementary school. My husband has decided to take this journey with me, expanding his knowledge – although at a different pace and route than mine – all while honoring me and my journey. My son is learning all about “is this energy mine?” and “does that feel light or heavy?” along with other energy work.

​I have been an English teacher for 8 years and teacher-librarian for 9 years (for those playing at home, that is a total of 17 years in education). We live in Las Vegas, NV with our two dogs.
